Refurbished & Pre-owned: Sold as-is, unless a warranty is clearly stated at purchase.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

New Items: Can be returned within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and with receipt.

Refurbished/Pre-owned: Can only be returned if found faulty within 48 hours of purchase.

Inspection Required: All returns are subject to review before approval.

Refunds: No cash refunds. Eligible returns are exchanged or credited.

Full payment is required before collection or delivery.

We accept cash, M-PESA, and bank transfers.

No refunds after payment unless covered by our return policy.

We deliver across Kenya at a fee.
