We sell new, refurbished, and pre-owned (Ex-UK/US/Canada/Dubai/China) electronics—mainly phones, laptops, and accessories. All items are tested and verified before sale. - Warranty
New items come with a manufacturer or store warranty (details provided at purchase).
Refurbished and pre-owned items are sold as-is, with no warranty unless clearly stated at the time of sale. - Returns & Exchanges
- New items: Return within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, with receipt.
- Refurbished/pre-owned items: No returns unless faulty within 48 hours of purchase.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- Payment Terms
Full payment is required before collection or delivery. We accept cash, mobile money (M-PESA), and bank transfers. No refunds after payment unless covered under return policy. - Delivery
We offer delivery across Kenya at a fee. Delivery times and costs vary by location. Buyers must inspect items immediately upon delivery. - Liability
